Job Description
We are in search of a Maintenance Technician that will be performing electrical and mechanical troubleshooting in a GMP environment due to dealing with seasonal business swings, about to hit ramp up period in 2024!
They like to build a strong team environment in their facility, only looking for people who are team players. They push to have as many events/meals as possible, constantly working to maintain the family culture in the facility. They have basketball courts, soccer field, gym, provided uniforms (and steel toed boots once they go perm), tools and other ways to recognize their appreciation for their employees
Description:
+ Respond to repairs to equipment throughput the facility
+ Complete scheduled preventative maintenance
+ Coordinate work with outside vendors
+ Support maintenance team on project work
+ Adhere to food industry GMP’s
+ Utilize shop tools including grinders, drills, sanders, wrenches
+ Troubleshoot electrical systems
+ Mechanical, electrical, 120v-480v
+ Assembly of pumps, motors, disassembly, food environment.
+ Gear boxes, motors, pumps, airlocks, troubleshooting.
Best: Welder, fabricator, electrical, troubleshooting, HVAC.
Spray Dryers, pressure pumps, projects, PM
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of manufacturing maintenance or machine experience in an industrial environment or equivalent schooling
Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems Ability to read schematics.
Experience Level:
Intermediate Level
