Job Description:

Our Menu and Configuration Enablement team is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join the team! This role has the opportunity to be involved in the core team that creates, deploys, and manages technology solutions for all U.S. McDonalds restaurants.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

+ Partner with business owners to understand business objectives and define the business and functional requirements.

+ Deliver high quality business and functional requirements to the Menu and Configuration Enablement team(s) for the purpose of completing the design, test, and implementation phases of the project life cycle.

+ Coordinate and participate in the following

+ review, revisions, changes, enhancements, testing, documentation, and member notification of product enhancements and/or business opportunities.

+ Document and coordinate changes and enhancements of products and services and prepare and/or present documentation of business/technical presentations.

+ Participate and influence Menu Category, Innovation, and Marketing teams to support Menu and Configuration Enablement initiatives.

+ In-depth project management

+ Develop detailed project plans, manage project schedules and tasks, communicate deadlines, risk management, and creatively solve issues to ensure project are completed within scope, budget, quality, and timeline.

Qualifications:

+ Ability to build strong relationship, be collaborative and show organizational skills with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation.

+ Ability to work as a member of matrix based diverse and geographically distributed project team.

+ Represent strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and negotiation abilities.

+ 2 + years of experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow

+ Advanced Microsoft Suite experience (i.e., Excel, Visio, Power BI)

+ Knowledge of agile methodologies with CAPM or PMP certification is highly desired.

+ Knowledge of quality and testing principles (i.e., positive, negative, regression testing)
