Job Description
Description The Patient Account Assistant will support the Financial Services Team with past-due membership collections on behalf of our physician clients. Candidate must be able to call or communicate with patients regarding their past-due membership fees and meet AR collections goals.
- Deliver on a daily goal of patient outreach via phone and demonstrate results as defined by ability to collect past-due membership fee.
- Ability to converse with patients in a friendly, empathetic, and helpful manner.
- Ability to answer basic questions related to the patient’s membership billing account.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively with the Financial Services team.
- Ability to manage the SMS text message blasts to send batches of payment reminder text messages.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Superlative attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software tools
- A team player who will work well with everyone in the organization.
