Robert Half is currently looking for a Sales Estimating Administrator to join our client in the construction industry. In this role, you will undertake various responsibilities such as managing the daily bid log and ensuring correspondence are all correct. Additionally, making sure the CRM is updated with documents, supporting the Sales and Estimating Department. This is a permanent Sales Estimating Administrator position in the Aurora, Illinois area, this could be the job for you.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage daily activity into bid log
+ Update daily bid log and mark completion
+ Create proposal numbers, estimating folders, and prepare all documents for the sales team
+ Preparation of weekly bid log completely and available for each week
+ Follow up with any documents needed
Requirements+ Filing experience highly desired
+ Estimating experience
+ Construction experience
+ Bid Documents experience
+ Comprehensive knowledge of blue prints
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
+ Capable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
