Qualifications:
+ 3-4 years of experience of a mix of helpdesk and desktop.
+ AD password resets
+ Office 365 troubleshooting
+ Windows 10 support
+ Working off a ticketing system
+ Experience with network/server troubleshooting and diagnostics
+ Remote support
+ Web-conferencing support and troubleshooting (they use Teams and Skype)
+ Physical computer moves/hardware troubleshooting
+ Break/fix

Top Skills Details:
- 3-4 years corporate Helpdesk/Service desk experience (Level 2) - Experience supporting O365, Teams, AD, and Windows 10 - Strong customer service experience - Bachelor’s Degree (nice-to-have) - ServiceNow (nice-to-have) Experience with network/server troubleshooting and diagnostics is a plus. Looking for someone with at least 3-4 years of corporate IT phone support experienceAdditional Skills & Qualifications:
