Job Description:

The Event and Meeting Strategy Leader is responsible for developing and leading Crowe's events and meeting strategy and execution capabilities. This leader will help Crowe leverage events and meetings to effectively meet business goals of client and prospect engagement as well as employee attraction and retainment. This role supports leadership as an events advisor and strategist, partnering with leaders across marketing, sales, communications, learning, and talent acquisition teams to better connect events with respective programming. This individual will transform the meeting and event capability at Crowe by building a team that delivers actionable insights and strategic recommendations at scale across the firm.

Qualifications:

Requires 15+ years of related experience, including 10 years' experience in event and meeting strategy and management in a B2B environment

Hands-on corporate event planning and logistics experience with budgets of at least $10M and attendance of 10,000 or more attendees, ideally within a professional services industry

Management of event communications to multiple complex stakeholder groups on a local, regional, national scale

Experience in defining event and meeting objectives and corresponding ROI.

Selection of third-party vendors, venues, and agencies

Oversight of projects, budgets, and resource allocation to support success and optimal operational efficiency

Management and coaching of large diverse and dispersed teams across multiple business units

Demonstrated linkage of event efforts to an organization's broader growth plan

Sponsorship experience a plus

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $108,296.00 to $250,733.00.
