Job Description:
As a Cloud Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the setup, deployment, and maintenance of public and/or private cloud systems. Your role will involve understanding various workload types, deploying systems in an automated manner, and ensuring optimal performance through monitoring and alterations based on a prescribed methodology. Additionally, you will be instrumental in establishing and implementing standards for cloud operations, aligning them with specifications and parameters.
Requirements
* Set up public and/or private cloud systems, considering the type of workload, and deploy them in an automated manner.
* Monitor, move, and alter cloud systems using a prescribed methodology.
* Establish and implement standards for cloud operations according to specifications and parameters.
* Troubleshoot problems as they arise and plan for future cloud capacity requirements.
* Administer, develop, configure, implement, and maintain the systems underlying the cloud platform.
* Coordinate with others on various parts of the implementation.
* Schedule, perform, and monitor system backups; perform data recoveries when necessary.
* Recommend upgrades based growth of the programs and databases
* Schedule, plan, and perform system upgrades, including coordinating the transition from test to production environments.
* Provide technical support for system users.
