Strategic Alignment
Understands and is well versed in the firm's strategy and effectively translates it into actionable culture and inclusion (C&I) and business- impacting strategies for the C&I function.
Demonstrates the ability to positively impact the organization's strategy through the C&I function.

Visionary Leadership
Galvanizes and rallies people around a vision of an inclusive workplace conducive to optimizing the talent experience of a diverse employee base.
Leads a continuous evolution of an inclusive environment that aligns with the firm's vision, strategy, and scale.

Strategic Advisor
Serves as a trusted advisor supported by a C&I team inspired to navigate and solve enterprise challenges.
Collaborates with leadership to align inclusion strategies with broader organizational goals.

People Development
A developer and leader of people that fosters a culture of professional growth.
Leads with influence and inspires leaders and employees to embrace the value of a diverse workforce as intrinsic to our inclusive culture.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation
Drives a continuous evolution of the firm's inclusion practices and adapts to changing business needs and industry trends.
Champions innovation and continuous improvement in the C&I function, employee network groups, and the enterprise.

Collaborative Leadership
Collaborates effectively across the firm and serves as a trusted advisor on matters related to culture, inclusion, belonging, talent communities, and their impact on business and talent experience outcomes.
Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance the firm's culture, inclusive environment, and employee communities.

Compensation Range: $198,500 - $380,100 |
