Job Description
Planning and executing a variety of methodologies in the overall project development of Oracle Applications using Oracle HCM Cloud, People Soft HCM, People Tools, and ServiceNow; Using Oracle AIM, EDM, EAM, MS Project for the project plan, Visio for the business process and flows, and SharePoint for the housing and sharing of project deliverable documents; Researching, planning and developing project strategies; Analyzing business and user needs; Formulating and defining system scope and objectives through research combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements; Meeting with project stakeholders to complete business analysis and systems analysis; Conducting workshop sessions with stakeholders to understand their current business processes; Providing Oracle ERP expertise for all Oracle application related functionalities; Designing across all Oracle HCM suite of applications within the Oracle ERP system; Creating and modifying complex fast formulas for various HR functions; Reviewing test plans and test scripts for various business areas to ensure that all scenarios are covered; Creating test scripts for User Acceptance Testing (“UAT”); Overseeing all aspects of testing including establishing metrics, resource planning, bug tracking and issue assignment using tools such as Jira; and contributing and creating documentation according to the company’s methodology that includes quality assurance, change management process and business documentation to ensure that all facets of the project process is delivered successfully according to the business requirements. Requirements: Master’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Business or Engineering and one year’s experience in position or one year’s experience in IT or Business Analysis field (or Bachelor’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Business or Engineering and five years’ experience in position or five years’ experience in IT or Business Analysis field); and experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, People Soft HCM, People Tools and ServiceNow.
