Position Description:

Performs duties to provide administrative support to the Director, Customer Service and Employee Engagement in the execution of daily tasks or projects.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to various members of the corporate executive team.
  • Coordinate activities related to meetings, calendars, events and projects.
  • Support the corporate travel program by troubleshooting issues, updating the traveler database, and assisting with the arrangement of travel for team as needed.
  • Coordinate the details necessary to facilitate successful and productive meetings, inclusive of arranging meeting space, audio visual needs, presentation materials, catering, parking arrangements, directions to meeting locale and on-site coordination to ensure meetings are effective and efficient.
  • Collaborate on priorities and timelines, providing follow up to ensure all expectations and tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
  • Gather data and industry/company research to assist in preparation for meetings, presentations, and projects and provide analysis and feedback.
  • Serve as backup to Office Manager
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED. Some college preferred
  • Speak, read and write English fluently
  • 3-5 years of office/administrative experience
  • Proficient in composing various correspondence
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Proficient with various Microsoft Office programs
