Job SummaryThis individual contributor role will analyze security tools and seek improvements on a continuous basis while reporting possible threats or software issues. The Security Engineer will primarily work within our DevSecOps program conducting regular code scans on applications across the enterprise. Daily duties will, also, include functional application testing, architecture review, solution building, control evaluation and improvement. The Security Engineer will have a background and experience in network security engineering as well as systems security engineering.
**NOTE: This role is a 100% remote/work from home role**
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of related experience OR High School Diploma or GED with 6-8 years of related experience
Working knowledge of Veracode or other application scanning tools
Working knowledge of Burp Suite and Nessus tools
Understanding of Azure DevOps tools and security components
Understanding of OWASP, NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK framework
Networking and Information Security certifications (Cisco, ZScaler, ISC2, CompTIA)
Preferred requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience using Veracode, Burp Suite, Azure WAF, and ZScaler technologies
Knowledge of scripting to build solutions using multiple development languages and frameworks
CCNA, SSCP, Security+, ZScaler Expert certifications

The salary offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan.
Min to Max Range:$74,400.00 - $139,700.00
