Description:
Provide basic customer support via telephone as required per program.
Primary Tasks:
- Provide basic customer support via multiple channels for each assigned program; inbound and/or outbound
- Document completely and accurately call information provided by the system
- Document calls for research and escalate through appropriate chain of command
- Review spec sheets and training manuals and provided sites to remain current on client programs
- Notify Supervisor of any issues or events
Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Skills:
- Good communication skills (verbal)
- Good customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
Experience:
- Basic Customer service experience
- Basic phone handling experience

- Providing an efficient & high quality experience for our customers
- Utilizing resources & leading edge technology tools to assist customers with questions, as well as to stay up-to-date on program information
