Job Description

Coilcraft operates in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, computers, automotive, broadband communications and consumer electronics. We are seeking a skilled individual to join our manufacturing engineering team.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with local engineering teams as well as multiple site plant managers to execute and ensure efficient productions methods and processes for complex projects and product lines.
• Develop or make recommendations for manufacturing process improvements, including cost reductions and efficiencies, by utilizing knowledge of product design, materials, and parts, production equipment capabilities and quality control methods.
• Develop cost quotations that ensure products meet reliability and performance requirements at the lowest total cost.
• Assist in the project management for the development of new automation.

Job Requirements:

• Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering degree.
• 1+ years previous work experience in a manufacturing environment.      
• Project management experience a plus.
• Experience working with high speed automation machinery a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and communication skills.
