Job Description:
- Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Read and analyze financial statements of Japanese parent company/U.S. subsidiary both in Japanese and English in order to predict the future revenues and expenses.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports such as balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, etc. and report them to both Japanese parent company and U.S. subsidiary.
- Plan and manage accounting functions including developing, implementing, and monitoring accounting procedures to ensure proper internal controls.
- Responsible for budgeting and cost & asset management in order to maximize efficiency of internal funds utilization.
- Participate in monthly/annual meetings with the Japanese parent company and communicate in Japanese regarding the financial reports, financial analysis, recent trends, etc.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce or related
- Japanese bilingual
