• Maintain compliance with and support of all safety, health & environmental rules/regulations in order to ensure a safe working environment
• Ensure shipment schedule commitments are maintained
• Support a culture of continuous improvement and embrace change and standard methodologies outlined in the CLIENT Performance System guidelines
• Provide mentoring and training to team members
• Responsible for continuous improvement activities related to KPIs pre winning plan such as OTD
