Position Highlights:
Position: Unit Concierge
Location: Ambulatory Surgery, Skokie
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
Hours: 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 11:30am-8:00p

What you will need:
License: N/A
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Certification: N/A
Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience required or 1 year of college and 1 year of work experience required
Skills: Proficiency with word processing and computer skills required

What you will do:
Coordinate non-clinical duties of the nursing unit
Enter patient charges in computer
Coordinate patient flow of admissions and discharges
Order supplies
Customer service to patients, families, nurses, physicians and other support departments
Answer phones and relay messages as appropriate
Proactively identifies need for service recovery and follow up of resolution
