What Youll Do:

  • This position is the single point of contact for the LOs and Sales Managers in the assigned regions and a high level of customer service and organization is necessary. Day-to-day activities include; managing tickets/requests from the sales field, proactive, consultative outreach, scheduling and conducting calls with LOs, speaking on leadership calls, managing the marketing onboarding for new LO hires, supporting the Sales Managers with their recruiting efforts, analyzing trends and marketing results within your region to share out with management, and working with your manager and counterparts to establish and execute strategic plans to increase company growth.
  • Drive utilization of our marketing systems within the sales team including analyzing and sharing out usage data, conducting best practices sessions, proactively engaging with LOs to increase their usage of the systems, and working directly with the Area Sales Manager to identify areas of improvement and a strategic plan to accomplish established goals.
  • Act as project manager for certain marketing requests within assigned region(s), which includes writing a creative brief for the request, establishing appropriate timelines, keeping the project moving via our management software and key communications with our internal team and reporting back to the LO or project requestor in a timely manner.
  • Own and manage 2-3 other company-wide marketing systems or strategic projects such as our customer surveys, phone app, promo store, tech enhancements, etc.
  • Role will also share in general marketing departmental duties such as invoice management, promo item orders, procedure updates, support ticket management, company acquisitions, reporting and audits.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years experience preferred
  • Previous marketing, project management, account management experience preferred. Work in a previous customer service centric role/environment is requested. Work in the financial services...
