Job Description

Job Responsibilities
Manage data accurately and promptly in multiple project tools
Prepare project management reports when applicable
Manage all project documentation including budgetsand schedules
Maintain best practices templates on SharePoint site
Manage accounts receivables according to the guidelines and requirements set by the project team and/or the account policies
Prepare and submit client required documentation to support timely and accurate billing
Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment
Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all project management technology as required for assigned projects

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level internal and external clients
Strong organizational skills and detailed-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage differing needs of the business
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products and project tools, such as: AdaptiveWork and E1
Knowledge of construction or commercial real estate industry
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Work with a team and independently

Education/training
Bachelor Degree preferred

Years of relevant experience
0 - 2 years practical experience
