Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Vice President of Operations to lead our Portfolio Clients Services and Industries organization's operational functions, drive excellence in people experience, measure the business using business wide BI tools and dashboards, manage risk and safety protocols, and optimize processes for enhanced efficiency and productivity. Reporting directly to the Global COO and working in close partnership and collaboration with the America's Lead for Portfolio Clients Services and Industries, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operational success of the business.

Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:
Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Portfolio Clients Services and Industries operations team, ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day activities and long-term operational objectives.
Effectively hire, manage, and inspire high-performing teams of operations managers in support of the business.
Partner with Project Excellence Office (PEO) Global Leads and HR, Finance, Marketing, IT and Legal to ensure national consistency of delivery, maintain point of contacts and organizational charts and SLA's to achieve desired outcomes for the business
In partnership with the PEO and Global COO and business leadership, develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive organizational growth, maintain operational excellence, and meet business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational activities with overall company objectives.
People Experience:
Lead working groups to partner with Project Excellence Office teams to strategically develop materials and playbooks, lead the implementation across geographies and create alignment.
Maintain consistent communication with teams to ensure alignment with overall business priorities and appropriate cascading including Town Halls, leadership distributions, stakeholder feedback loops, and events.
Create training programs in partnership with HR and PEO to develop talent.
Champion a positive and inclusive work culture, fostering employee engagement, professional development, and talent retention.
Collaborate with HR to implement employee programs, policies, and initiatives that enhance the overall people experience.
Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize team performance and foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Encourage a culture of continuous learning, performance feedback, and career development within the local teams including understanding resources available such as career framework, career development resources (employee/manager), and Workday resources.
Business Intelligence:
Lead business intelligence initiatives, driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing operational efficiency using technology and data warehouses to deliver and measure the business, creating metrics that matter for the business and clients. Including: financial (Revenue/CI/AR), utilization, WIP, client satisfaction, business development, etc.)
Review and measure client satisfaction tracking, dashboard, and follow-up. Reporting metrics monthly to the Americas Portfolio Clients Services and Industries business lead.
Develop and implement analytics frameworks and tools to provide real-time insights into operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business intelligence insights into actionable strategies and process improvements.
