Your Responsibilities

As an Aftermarket Sales and Marketing Manager for John Deere located in Moline, IL , you will:

+ Lead revenue generation and growth for John Deere’s Earthmoving & Forestry (E&F) aftermarket (parts & services) business.

+ In partnership with our world class dealer channel, drive a customer centric and proactive approach to selling our broad portfolio of parts and service solutions, including tiered parts portfolio, upgrades, service agreements, and relife offerings.

+ Maximize customer uptime through convenient access to parts. This includes leveraging Deere’s parts network, inventory coordination between Deere and dealers, and ecommerce solutions.

+ Achieve a variety of key success measures, including customer experience feedback, sales growth, profitability, and share of aftermarket opportunity.

+ Have direct responsibility for the US and Canada E&F aftermarket business, plus deep collaboration with global C&F and enterprise aftermarket teams.

+ People and business leadership related to parts & service

+ Experience across key business capabilities including strategy development, financial acumen, communication, change management, tactical planning, and sales execution

+ Understanding of E&F market and competitive landscape, including other off road OEM’s or aftermarket parts/service providers

+ Building high performance teams through direct and indirect leadership

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
