The Senior Architect role is expected to lead teams to successfully design and deliver projects from Programming through Construction.
Responsibilities:
Lead all phases of various architectural projects.
Plan, design, coordinate, and administer projects and lead the project team from the initial programming stages all the way through to construction administration.
Work with the Project Executive and Project Manager to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
Ensure quality and accuracy of project deliverables.
Know and apply relevant building codes and guidelines.
Act as the Architect of Record.
Minimum Qualifications:
5-year Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.
Minimum of 12 years of acute and outpatient healthcare architecture experience.
Licensed Architect.
Ability to interact professionally and comfortably with a variety of personalities and communication styles and build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships.
Excellent verbal and descriptive communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Proficient in Bluebeam and comfortable using Revit to review documents.
Time management skills.
