Job Description
Plan, direct, coordinate and review all aspects of the IT projects. Review and ensure project completion within cost and time constraints. Monitor multiple projects, identify risks and issues in advance and initiate appropriate corrective and preventative actions ensuring performance as per project goals. Give regular updates to upper level management on the progress of the project. Supervise and direct 3 Sr. Software Development Engineers. Research and determine budgets and conduct periodic cost analysis. Develop and direct staff towards goals. Evaluate proposals to assess feasibility. Consult with users, management, vendors and technicians to create the best possible product. Liaise with management to develop and create technology and cost proposals. Build staffing plans, interview, assess technical talent, and hire qualified software professionals. Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve delivery and innovation of the business. Experience must include: SAP, SD, MM, BW, ECC, HANA, FICO, Design Studio, CI/CD Pipelines, ServiceNow, Qlikview, ITSM, Machine Learning, MS Visio.
