A few details about the role:
Partner with third party developers in decision making on key product decisions aligned to sales including developing chart member benefits, pricing, market analysis, benchmark, KPI management and talent assessments.
Partner with operations, VP of Development, Design & Construction, marketing development company and sales leadership to create the plan and oversee each phase of redevelopment to achieve pre-sales, priority reservation, conversion, construction sales and move-in targets.
Set benchmarks for success. Report performance results to senior leadership team.
Spearhead, alongside marketing, plans to dominate the local market with an effective marketing campaign driving in qualified leads.
Execute on strategic plans by acting tactically and strategically while influencing others to assist. Quickly enact change where needed and as supported by operations and sales leadership.

And here's what you need to apply:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, sales or related field.
Eight to ten years of progressively increasing sales experience, preferably in senior living.
Experience with redevelopment communities with a track record of working directly with sales teams to maintain high IL occupancy while also selling expansion IL units before, during and after construction.
Five years of sales management oversight.
Project management experience preferred.
