Position Summary:
As a Regional Sales Manager for Bimbo Bakehouse Foodservice; you will be accountable for the effective management of the foodservice business in the South market covering approximately 14 states : IL, WI, MI, MO, MN, IA, ND, SD, KY, KS, IN, NE, OH, West PA. The key objective of this position is to grow foodservice sales within foodservice distribution houses and regional operators, including, but not limited to:Multi Unit Chains, Large Independent Operator Accounts (Ex. K12, C&U, CMO, US Foods, UniPro, Legacy, Sysco, GFS, and Independents) while managing and achieving budget targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieving sales budget by selling foodservice bakery and snack products into broad line distributors and operators.
Develop in-depth knowledge of key customers, competitors, and brokers in the Region.
Daily Management and Development of the broker network
Currently Region has 9 Independent Brokerage houses.
Exceed sales targets and meets expectations of key accounts while maintaining strong relationships.
Attend food shows, conduct broker trainings, product cuttings and business reviews.
Manages and negotiates pricing and trade spend with customers.
CRM and Trade Management Platforms use.
Additional duties as assigned.Required Education and Work History:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management
and/or Marketing or Sales.
5 plus years related field experience.
Ideal Candidate Will possess:

Minimum of 5 years' experience with foodservice sales, broker network or distributor sales. Bakery or snack category experience a plus.

Strategic, independent, analytical thinker with the ability to make decisions and execute tactical plans.
Must possess strong driven self-motivation skills.
Strong Presentation skills, excellent verbal, and written skills.
Excellent Follow Up skills.
Proven track record with growth.
Ability to travel as needed up to 75%.
Computer skills with Microsoft office, Excel, CRM, Blacksmith, PowerPoint experience.
Independent worker.
