What You Will Do:
You will establish a regular/preventive maintenance strategy and plan
You will coordinatework assignments of Maintenance Technicians with the Reliability Supervisor, Engineering Manager and Production/Distribution Management
You will receiveand process work orders
Procuresspare parts and supplies
You will maintainall maintenance data and records in the reliability database
You will match employee skills with work assignments and schedule work by employee and shift with direction from supervisor
You will initiatework assignments based on production, warehousing, and equipment needs and inputs and reviews work for completion and correctness(This assignment is not supervisory, and does not have responsibility for employee performance)

Position Details:
Plant location:Joliet, IL
Work week and shift:Monday-Friday 6:00 AM- 2:00 PM
Compensation: $35 - $40 / hour

Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
5 years experience in industrial maintenance environment
3 years experience in Reliability Planning
Basic understanding of technology and computer systems
No immigration sponsorship provided

Physical Demands:
Mustbe able to lift/carry 50 pounds
Must be able to pass a drug screen

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of all electronic and PLC based applications in an industrial environment

Experience leading successful teams or projects

Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

Advanced computer skills, familiarity, and interest

Specialized subject matter expertise in a reliability/maintenance related field

Demonstrated adaptability to unexpected changes and desire for continuous learning

Experience with TPM initiatives and 5S methodology

Forklift, boiler, or electrical certifications

Familiar with technical writing expectations for thorough review and authorization of maintenance procedures. Technical drawing experience and familiarity to interpret P&ID and engineering documents.
