Job Description
CIBC Bank USA seeks a Consultant, Total Rewards to drive compensation projects and initiatives in support of enterprise program alignment. Assist in administration of the company’s US deferred compensation plan and ensure program compliance. Conduct job evaluation, competitive market pricing, salary program development, and internal pay equity analysis. Collaborate with a global team in annual compensation planning and coordinate with Workday team in re-configuring Workday compensation models. #LI-DNI
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with compensation in base pay program development, incentive program budgeting, and administration. Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience with advanced Excel functions and analytical skills; 5 years of experience utilizing salary surveys to gain market insights and advise pay decisions; 3 years of experience working as a generalist, business partner or other HR function; 3 years of experience working in multinational companies and collaborating with global teams on projects; and experience with Visio and MarketPay.
