Shift ~ 8:00 AM – 4.00 PM (Flexible hours within working hours (9-3 Core hours).
Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience with document changes.
• Experience with Change packages.
Main Purpose of Role
• Prepares, edits, files, assembles documentation such as reports or technical documents, records, or correspondence.
• Maintains numerical, alphabetical, chronological and/or subject filing system.
• Responsible for file maintenance and record keeping.
• Locates and removes file material upon request.
• 3-5 Years of experience.
Additional Details: -
• Change management area experience.
• No specific documentation management tool experience required as they use APLM (specific to Abbott) – but if they have previous experience in doc management, that would be helpful as the concepts should translate in general.
