Kyyba, Inc., a global technical staffing firm, has an exciting opportunity for an Account Support Representative who will be responsible in building relationships with employees and recruiters, act as a main point of contact for all contract employees, and support the business unit, while maintaining a focus on the customer satisfaction..
Position Title: Account Support Representative
Position Supervisor: Account Executive
Location: This is for Schaumburg, IL and Farmington Hills, MI
Position Responsibilities:
Schedule and conduct onsite/phone orientations for new employees to ensure the appropriate information is covered, as well as all required documents are signed and on file
Responsible for planning and scheduling onsite visitation for employee
Responsible for answering employee questions and escalation employee issues
Support timesheet approval
Maintain accurate employee information and document changes in database
Document new hires and termination and regularly communicate to relevant departments
Supports Account Executive on conferences calls, interviews, starts and client audits
Ensure customer satisfaction by personally servicing accounts as the primary business contact for all needs, communicating the client’s requirements and expectations internally, servicing client needs according to expectations and agreements, and resolving conflicts
Monitor and maintain accurate account activities by regularly updating business systems and databases
Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing client and/or subsidiaries
Coordinate with client managers to complete annual performance review Create process flow when needed
Might require to travel Position KSA’s: (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Staffing environment
Ability to develop a plan and execute with minimal guidance
Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
Attention to detail and a sense of urgency
Self‐motivated and competitive, but also a team player
Process improvement skills desired
