Wintrust was founded with the idea to be the alternative to the big banks. We are looking for top talent to join Chicagos Bank, as a full-time Administrative Assistant supporting our Crystal Lake Bank & Trust CEO and Loan Department!

What youll do:

  • Greet staff, guests, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Create emails, memos, letters, presentations and worksheets for CEO and department correspondence, reports and presentations

  • Take Board meeting minutes; prepare monthly Board reports

  • Department event planning

  • Monitor expenses and budgets for internal, external meetings

  • Provide administrative support including filing, copying, and typing correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.

  • Coordinate with Rosemont corporate Executive Admin team as needed on projects, tasks, and assignments

  • CRA donation, A/P and documentation tracking. Record departmental service hours

  • Generate and submit IT tickets for respective area based on manager and employee needs

 

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent

  • 3+ years of secretarial, administrative assistant, office services experience supporting various management levels

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Must be a self-starter, motivated, with excellent time-management skills to prioritize tasks and deliverables

  • Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (both written and oral), and telephone etiquette skills

  • Customer focus in dealing with all levels of employees and visitors

  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
