Job Description
- Lead the design, model, simulation, and implementation of advance power control algorithms for DC/DC converters and DC/AC inverters.
- Lead the development, analysis, and documentation of control system architecture.
- Manage projects to ensure adherence to schedule and Milwaukee Tool’s processes.
- Lead innovation of power converter controls to meet the needs of the business
- Use modeling tools such as MATLAB, Simulink and Stateflow to develop and implement control algorithms.
- Collaborate with Hardware and Firmware Engineers to optimize and implement next-generation control algorithms.
- Peer review software and controls designs/source code.
- Innovate power converter controls to meet the needs of the business.
- Use laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, electronic loads, and HIL test equipment to validate control algorithms.
- Schedule, develop agendas for, facilitate, and document technical meetings and formal presentations.
