Human Resources Staffing & Vendor Manager (International MSP Programs) Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field or 5+ years experience minimum
• Intermediate MS Excel skills
• Proven experience in managing MSP programs at an international scale
• Strong understanding of contingent workforce management and compliance issues
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex vendor relationships
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and leadership skills
• Proficient in using HR management software and tools
HR Staffing/Vendor Manager - International MSP Programs Position Summary:
1. Strategic Leadership: Oversee the design and implementation of the company’s global Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs and contingent workforce compliance initiatives
2. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring they meet all contractual obligations and performance metrics. Regularly review vendor performance and provide feedback for improvement
3. Compliance: Ensure all contingent workforce policies and practices are in compliance with international labor laws and internal corporate guidelines.
4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships and the contingent workforce. Provide regular reports on risk management to senior leadership
5. Program Management: Supervise the operation of MSP programs, ensuring they meet organizational objectives and budgetary guidelines.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (like procurement, legal, and IT departments) to align the MSP programs with the overall business strategy
7. Continuous Improvement: Constantly review and improve the MSP programs and contingent workforce processes based on feedback and performance metrics
