Overview

 

Summary
This position focuses on delivering revenue targets and a world-class level of customer experience This role will work cross-functionally within ConvergeOne and across the cloud partner community to promote and influence strategic product direction, drive competitive differentiation, and nurture a transparent, collaborative community.
Responsibilities

 

Essential Functions
Drives pipeline and revenue with the Alliance Partner and potentially other national alliances, working closely with our solutions, field marketing and sales teams
Manages the relationship with the Alliance Partner in the US, and helps design activities to take the relationships to the next level, including ELT QBR's, regional alignment and more.
Contributes go-to-market strategies, including sales campaigns, account mapping, creating sales pipeline, driving go-to-market, and everything in-between
Collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Solutions teams
Harnesses data (CRM) to measure (and find ways to enhance) the performance of C1 and our alliance partners relationship and pipeline growth
Builds a great network both internally at C1 and externally at alliance partners by building relationships through strategic meetings and collaboration
Collaborates alongside some incredibly talented commercial leadership: decades of diverse experience 

 


Qualifications

 

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience working in partnership sales ideally in a B2B software environment
Strong relationship and sales skills, knowing what we sell and how people want to buy using past experience from directly selling for a while and know what it takes to be a phenomenal influencer in partnerships
Alliance Partner knowledge and existing executive relationships is a must
Experience selling into large Enterprise verticals like Financial Services, Telecommunications, Pharma, and Government markets
Data-driven and highly analytical, able to tell great stories with data and can accurately report success and how it contributes to broader commercial goals
