Manager, Talent Acquisition, Kohler Energy

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location: Hybrid, with onsite availability in Milwaukee, Madison, Kohler, WI and/or Chicago, IL preferred

Opportunity

As the Manager, Talent Acquisition for Kohler Energy, you will shape and build a department from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, establishing best practices, and fostering a culture of excellence in hiring. You will develop relationships with our key stakeholders across the businesses and be a true business partner in the attraction, selection, and experience of top talent for the company.

Specific Responsibilities

+ Implements strategies to enhance the candidate experience, from initial contact through to onboarding, ensuring that candidates have a positive and engaging experience with the organization.

+ Builds and maintains external relationships with recruitment partners, job boards, and educational institutions, to expand the talent pipeline.

+ Works with internal stakeholders to understand the Energy business hiring needs. To deliver streamlined recruiting processes for overall operational efficiency and ultimately securing quality talent.

+ Defines and tracks key talent acquisition metrics and provides regular reports to senior leadership. Uses data and insights to drive continuous improvement in recruitment efforts.

+ Evaluates, selects, and implements recruitment technology and tools that support the department’s objectives, including applicant tracking systems and AI-driven sourcing tools.

+ Ensures that all talent acquisition activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.

+ Collaborates with Marketing and HR to develop and promote the company’s employer brand. Ensures a compelling and consistent employer value proposition is communicated to potential candidates.

Skills/Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational leadership, business, or related field required.

+ A Human Resources designation is helpful, such as the Professional in HR from HRCI or SHRM-CP.

+ 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including experience in a leadership or managerial role. Strong understanding of best practices in talent acquisition, including sourcing, assessment, and selection. Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The salary range for this position is $89,800 – $114,100. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
