Job Title: Manager
(IT Project Management)
Job Location: 333 West Wacker Drive, Suite 300, Chicago,

Job Type: Full Time
Duties: Own
end-to-end Technical Project Delivery through Smart sheets Project plan.
Responsible for coordination with various vendor and global project team
technical team members. Work with multiple business and IT stakeholders.
Conduct Technical Business Workshops, work on the Technical Integrated Design
Documents to get them reviewed and approved. Identify project technical
dependencies, issues/risk and communicate the same with mitigation plan. Weekly
Status reporting to CxOs, Vice Presidents and Directors. Create UAT Test Plan,
create test Strategy and manage Project activities. Ensure that various phases of the project and artifacts are developed
and maintained. Schedule all the Project Governance calls like Technical
Standups, Partner Onboarding statuses and Steer Co meetings. Utilize experience
with Languages: SQL; Web Technologies: JSON, SOAP UI, REST; Databases: Oracle;
Testing Tools: Manual Testing, ALM, Jira, QTP (Quick Test Pro); Project
Management: SDLC, Microsoft Project Plan; Methodologies: Agile, Waterfall,
Automation; Domain Knowledge: POS (Point of Sale), Retail Finance, Retail End
to End Testing.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor-s degree in Computer
Science, Engineering, Business or related field and 5 years of experience in
the job offered or IT Project Management-related occupation.
Alternatively, employer will
accept a Master-s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related
field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or IT Project Management-related
occupation.
Experience must include one year
of experience with each of the following skills:
1. Languages: SQL
2. Web Technologies: JSON, SOAP UI, REST
3. Databases: Oracle
4. Testing Tools: Manual Testing, ALM, Jira, QTP (Quick Test Pro)
5. Project Management: SDLC, Microsoft Project Plan
6. Methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, Automation
7. Domain Knowledge: POS (Point of Sale), Retail Finance, Retail Endto End Testing
Must be available to work on projects at
various, unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
