Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

As A Business intelligence (BI) and Analytics lead you will be working within Life Science client Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements. Developing comprehensive project plans with scrum master, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.

Coordinating project teams, coordinating activities, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones. Identifying project risks in collaboration with offshore and developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues and ensure project success.

Communicating project progress, updates, and status reports to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and effective decision-making. Managing changes to project scope, timelines, and requirements, and assessing their impact on project deliverables and resources

Conducting regular project meetings and facilitating effective communication among team members and stakeholders. Managing project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and documentation of project-related decisions and changes. Monitor and report on the status of projects within the portfolio.

Triage initial root cause analysis on need basis and communicating with client technical product owners (TPOs). Involve in technical discussions during onshore hours with TPOs, document details and share with offshore via email, calls.

Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.

This role is a hybrid work model supporting a healthcare client in Titusville, NJ. Relocation assistance available.

As a part of the US Strategy & Analytics Offering Portfolio, the AI & Data offering provides managed AI, Intelligent Automation, and Data DevOps services across the advise-implement-operate spectrum.

Qualifications

Required

+ 10+ years in software engineering and product management

+ Must have current Life Science experience.

+ 8+ years of managing onshore and offshore technical teams.

+ 6+ years of consulting experience

+ 6 + years project management experience. Experience in managing a product throughout its lifecycle and agile implementation.

+ PMP certification

+ Excellent understanding of Agile/scrum development processes and concepts

+ Strong background in Lifesciences Commercial Excellence and Field Reporting industry, experience in BI reporting.

+ Knowledge in cloud-based data platforms; AWS Cloud Architecture and Infrastructure. RedShift.

+ SQL writing and implementation.

+ Experience on automated monitoring platform services preferably on CloudWatch/Grafana, Dynatrace etc.

+ Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and architectures.

+ Experience in project issue tracking tools like Jira. Reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI

+ Experience with release and product deployment life cycle.

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

+ Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

+ Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

+ Willing to work at client site in Titusville, NJ. 2-3 days a week. Relocation assistance available.

Preferred

+ Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

+ Experience working in life sciences/pharmaceutical industry.

+ Analytical/ decision making responsibilities.

+ Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.

+ Can operate independently or with minimum supervision.

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Ability to deliver technical demonstrations.
