This position will support the overall OSE Commercial Growth objectives for DRiV Americas to drive Revenue growth, margin improvement, price optimization, work with line team organization to keep initiatives on track, and support pipeline development and initiative ideation sessions. This position serves as the key data analysis lead for both the OSE Commercial Growth and OSE Pricing Workstreams. The position may be based in Northville, MI and reports directly to the VP, OSE Commercial Growth for DRiV Americas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct analysis for customer and part number data
Institute and lead a regular cadence of commercial initiative update meetings with the line team
Provide initiative owners with analysis, inputs and tracking in WAVE Project management system
Assist with preparation of bi-weekly forecasting for Executive Deep dives
Complete project-based work to support commercial growth and on time execution of initiatives
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Product Management Sales or related field.
Experience: a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
Skills
Strong Excel skills with ability to analyze large raw data sets, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Presentation skills including development of detailed PPT and comfortable in presenting to multiple levels of management
Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a team
Ideal candidate will have automotive background specializing in sales, finance or product management
Knowledge of SAP (EP1, PTA) is a plus
Excellent organization skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
