What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree required, combined with SPC Certified Agile coach or equivalent industry-standard qualification.
- Demonstrated track record in understanding and shaping business data and systems.
- Proficient in building product teamswithin a matrixed organization, including working with external consultants.
- Skillful in leading through influence, collaborating, and managing diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with high-level business processes or enterprise process awareness.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership, summarizing complex situations, and proposing solutions.
- Expertise in business process design related to digital product strategy, roadmap definition, and product management.
- Proficient in steering and delivering product-centric operating models.
- Experienced in agile DevSecOps, agile team dynamics, and collaborative ways of working.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Lead Detailed To-Be Process and Organization Design:
- Collaborate with GXO, DD2S team, and regional experts to design future-ready processes and organizational models.
- Develop effective digital product and platform-led processes, incorporating global and regional team dynamics.
- Define standards and templates for critical processes and decision-making forums.
- Embed Agile and DevSecOps practices into process design and determine the right roles and structures for the new Digital Product Model.
- Drive the transition from project to product-centric funding models.
- Redefine mindsets, behaviors, and reward structures to support successful implementation.
