The Regional Training Senior Manager will execute field-based trainings on product knowledge, clinical proficiency, selling skills and business acumen. This will include field rides, live facilitation workshops and virtual trainings. The Regional Field Trainer will be expected to interact at a high level with sales leadership and sales professionals in the field to fully understand the learning objectives of individuals as well as well as and regional based needs while working closely with brand training lead in tandem with brand leadership. This position will conduct needs assessments on an on-going basis. inform sales leadership and commercial training leadership of trends and needs the field. This position will also focus on large projects such as gap analysis, data and analytic reporting, vendor management and continuous development of self and others and conduct certifications as needed.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and execute the facilitation of Ferring core curriculum programs and assist creation of new programming annually or more frequently. This includes but not limited to new hire onboarding support, post onboarding support, brand strategy execution, individualized learning needs and regional based needs, as identified by sales leadership.
2. Proactive development of curriculum that addresses gap/opportunity identification, content creation, instructional design, and communication to key stakeholders with metrics and insights on a regional level. Work with Director, Commercial Training and Business Unit stakeholders to build innovative and appropriate long-range e-learning coursework and curriculum and that will support ongoing and evolving regional business objectives.
3. Support and lead regional onboarding efforts for new hires through Phase 1 and 2; lead product knowledge development for existing sales personnel; lead selling skill trainings for all existing sales teams while remaining patient centric putting the patient at the center of all training.
4. Evaluate the impact of training content regionally by incorporating measures and metrics into program designs and propose recommendations and solutions based on outcomes interpreting the data and analytics dashboards in collaboration with lead brand trainer. Execute structured feedback and reporting tools for all stakeholders.
5. Conduct field rides weekly with identified sales personnel to further develop while providing consistent and timely feedback to sales representatives, sales leadership and commercial training team on the observed behaviors and development opportunities within product knowledge, clinical proficiency and business acumen.
6. Collaborate with market access partners (regional account directors and national account directors) to understand market dynamics in order to incorporate into regional coaching opportunities.

8.Ensure compliance guidelines and accountability are clearly represented in all learning material and experiences.
9. Trainer to complete certification in core leadership curriculum such as situational leadership, 5 Conversations, StrengthsFinder and other leadership programs annually.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is required.

7+ years of experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry is preferred.

Sales training or field sales training experience required.

Buy and Bill Experience Required

Launch experience preferred

Demonstrated collaboration examples with leadership and other stakeholders

Completed coursework in leadership, management and coaching preferred

Outstanding communication (written and oral) skills required.
