Job Description
Assist restaurant manager in overseeing and managing kitchen operations, hiring and training of kitchen staff. Schedule kitchen employees as necessary. Inventory food stocks, estimate consumption, order supplies, account for kitchen expenditures and costs of supply. Train workers in service, sanitation, and safety precautions.
