Job Description
Execute SOX and other IT compliance activities. Maintain IT risks, controls, issues, and action plans. Develop new methods/systems to streamline workflow, tracking, and efforts. Provide regular and timely updates on emerging areas of non-compliance risk and the effectiveness of operational and Sarbanes-Oxley controls. Participate and guide IT process owners relative to their performance of SOX compliance activities. Perform quarterly access reviews (and any other compensating controls) with control owners. Identify areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop/implement corrective action plans to resolve issues and guide on how to avoid or handle similar situations in the future. 100% telecommuting; can live anywhere in the US. Company headquarters in Lake Zurich, IL.
