Position Summary

The Sr. Manager, FP&A will help in achieving the financial and strategic goals for ABHIL by identifying business actions and supporting the planning and forecasting processes. Ensure the accuracy, quality and integrity of income statement, membership, revenue and expense forecasts and reporting. You will report to the Lead Director. Fundamental Components:

+ Lead membership, revenue and G&A Budgeting, Forecasting, Month and Year end reporting processes for ABHIL Plan. (430K Members, $3.6B in revenue, $3.1B in medical expense and 7.3M processed number of claims).

+ Collaborate with key business partners including Accounting, Actuarial, Operations, Clinical, Marketing, and Medical Economics to execute on growth and cost saving initiatives.

+ Finance lead for assigned projects (i.e., BEP, Shared Service Vendors, Redetermination, Revenue Reconciliation).

+ Strategic Partner for internal stakeholders related to Membership Redetermination and Revenue reconciliation to improve underlying performance.

+ Contribute to the development and implementation of processes for achieving business goals.

+ Identify and analyze emerging product/market trend vulnerabilities and opportunities and provide remediation/action plans.

+ Demonstrate urgency and ability to hold themselves and others accountable for their respective areas of responsibility.

+ Ad hoc Reporting and Analysis.

+ Develop and mentor a financial analyst.

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of:

+ Medicaid/Insurance Industry

+ Financial planning and analysis

+ Key financial metrics

+ Ability to effectively communicate across various organizations and leadership level

Skill In:

+ Financial management experience including strategic and business planning, accounting, and financial analysis

+ Collaboration with functional areas to drive results

Ability To:

+ Drive strategic business discussions with senior leadership team

+ Influence people across the enterprise and execute strategic planning

+ Resolve problems and influence decisions

Education

Bachelor Degree or 5 to 8 years relevant work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$79,200.00 – $174,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
