Position Title: RF Engineer Net Systems Performance II (Multiple Openings)
Position Duties:
Contribute to the RF design of the regional wireless network. Support engineers in project creation and task completion working on the network project build plan. Create site design RFDS and complete plumbing diagrams. Utilize propagation tools and other RF related equipment for site candidate comparison propagation, coverage review and selection zoning. Prepare and submit E-911 filings. Determine regulatory coverage boundaries for extension FAA/FCC filings. Prepare necessary zoning justification packages and regulatory filings for sites. Work closely with real estate team to increase efficiency, minimize cost and streamline processes related to site acquisition, leasing, and zoning submissions. Conduct RFE analysis, generate required reports and documents, and ensure compliance with RFE mitigation standards within the allotted time frame. Analyze site post activation to ensure project and database accuracy. Automate processes when opportunities arise and share information with teams. Audit and correct internal databases to ensure accurate project implementation and reporting. Frequent travel required to unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Background check required.

Work Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM
Minimum Qualifications: U.S. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related field, plus two (2) years of experience as an RF Engineering professional or related occupation.
Special Skill Requirements: Must have two (2) years of experience in 5G, CBRS, LAA, ACP, FUZE planning, ATOLL, True call and RTT.
