Job Description: AnthroMed Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary Social Worker to join our team for the 2024-25 school year. The successful candidate will work in Robbins, IL, contributing to the well-being and development of elementary school students. Job Requirements:+ Master’s (MSW) or Doctoral degree in Social Work
+ IL PEL with an endorsement in Social Work
+ Previous experience in a K-12 setting preferred
Responsibilities:+ Provide direct social work services to elementary school students, addressing their academic, social, and emotional needs.
+ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students’ overall well-being.
+ Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ strengths and challenges, and develop individualized plans accordingly.
+ Collaborate with the school community to create a positive and inclusive environment.
+ Participate in relevant meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and educational trends.
