School Social Worker – Full-Time (2023-24 and 2024-25 School Years)

We are currently seeking a full-time School Social Worker to join our team and provide support to students in Grayslake, IL for the remainder of the 2023-24 school year and the entire 2024-25 school year.

Job Responsibilities
+ Provide services to a caseload of students
+ Conduct weekly group sessions in a classroom, perform re-evaluations, and provide push-in services during classes
+ Evaluate, update, and communicate the individual needs of each student effectively
+ Maintain professional communication with students, colleagues, and families
+ Participate in IEPs and other mandatory meetings to enhance student success
+ Demonstrate the ability to handle crisis situations
+ Other duties as assigned
Requirements
+ Master’s (MSW) or Doctoral degree in Social Work
+ IL PEL with an endorsement in Social Work
+ Previous experience in a K-12 setting preferred
