Transport Nurse

EDUCATION, LICENSURE & CERTIFICATIONS:
+ Successful Completion of accredited Nursing program
+ Unrestricted Illinois State Nursing License
+ Nationally Registered Paramedic (Preferred)
+ Minimum 2 years experience in high volume Emergency Department, ICU< or Critical Care Transport
+ Highly desirable:
+ ACLS, PALS, PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS , TNCC or TNS
+ ECRN also preferred
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
+ Must be able to perform all essential job functions.
+ Must complete a pre-employment screening
+ Must complete EMS System Entry
