As our Digital Adoption Lead, you will help manage projects and reporting for patient facing shared services digital adoption initiatives. Every day you will, be instrumental in driving digital adoption within the EntriPay online bill pay platform, a component of the R1 DPX portfolio. To thrive in this role, will lead cross functional initiatives and run digital adoption reporting packages. The Digital Adoption lead will collaborate closely with the Digital Adoption Manager and report to the Digital Adoption Director in order to guarantee the completeness and accuracy of reporting, as well as to ensure that initiatives are on track to achieve departmental objectives.

Here’s what to expect as a Patient Access Supervisor:

+ Interface with Client, Vendor, and internal partners daily to drive high priority initiatives

+ Run and deliver high visibility operational reports and analytics

+ Develop new reports based on business needs

+ Implement technology and process improvements to reduce operating costs, increase collections yield, and improve the patient experience as it relates to DPX

+ Improve the patient financial experience with actionable analytics

+ Collaborate with internal IT Development and Technology Deployment teams to improve the patient experience

Required Qualifications:

+ Ability to lead meetings with a broad audience and achieve desired outcomes

+ Excellent organizational, project management and presentation skill

+ Strong Microsoft Office skills

+ A drive to understand the “what and why” and a strong analytic mindset to deliver creative problem solving

+ A collaborative mentality and ability to interact across multiple teams

+ Ability to think outside the box to drive process improvement

+ Ability to multi-task and independently manage deliverables in a dynamic environment

Desired Qualifications:

+ Revenue Cycle and/or Healthcare experience

+ SQL Database experience

+ Familiarity with Microsoft Visio

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $46,971.35 – $74,607.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
