Job Description
Perform evaluations and develop effective resident treatment plans to restore, maintain or prevent decline of
resident function, by planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with
federal, state and professional standards governing the facility. Essential Job Functions: Assess, plan, organize,
and participate in rehabilitative programs that help restore vocational, homemaking, and daily living skills, as well
as general independence, to disabled persons.
