Job Responsibilities
+ You will be required to translate in both English and Spanish between the trainer and machine operator
+ Seeking someone reliable and has mechanical/industrial background to have a better understanding.

Responsibilities
+ Ensures that the machine operator and trainers needs are communicated to each other
+ Initiates and develops positive relationships with employee’s in the workplace
+ Serves as a cultural mediator, as necessary and when appropriate, to enhance communication between associates, as it relates to proper training.
+ Provides all interpreting encounters accurately and completely
+ While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit and talk and hear.
The essential functions of this role include:
+ standing for 8 hours at one time
+ working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
+ working weekends
