JOB DESCRIPTION
Position:Account Executive
Position Summary:
Our organization is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter, with a positive outlook, who will be responsible for establishing new accounts within targeted geographic territories. The Account Executive will manage the full sales lifecycle and will identify prospects within the region, understand their challenges and highlight how our solutions and services will enhance their cybersecurity posture.
This will be a remote position with required travel within geographic regions. Competitive base salary with commissions.
Clearance Requirement:Must be able to pass a State and Federal criminal background check.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively seek new business opportunities with accounts via cold calls, email, prospecting tools, and marketing leadsprovided.
Maintain awareness and stay up to date with new products, services, and pricing models of all BuddoBot product developments, new services, and internal changes in policy, technology, and sales initiatives.
Understand and communicate BuddoBot's role in the Offensive Cybersecurity space.
Educate prospects/customers about our solutions' terminology,features, and benefits to driveengagement.
Determine and understand a prospective company's primary business issues to match a fittingsolution.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products and services BuddoBot offers.
Ability to maintain and update Salesforce (CRM solution) throughout the sales cycle, and to provide an accurate forecast of sales pipeline.
Attend regional and national cybersecurity and networking events and help drive traffic and support BuddoBot-sponsored events.
Develop collaborative and productive referral relationships.
Build long-term trusted relationships with clients and partners.
Meet and exceed sales targets.

Education and Certification Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication, or Business Development is preferred.
Background and Experience:
2+ Years of experience in managing a sales territory with consistent quarter/quarter success.
3+ Years of experience in business development with heavy prospecting, appointment setting, and lead generation.
Cybersecurity solutions sales experience is preferred.
Must have a proven record of excellence and success in identifying new leads, cold calling, and closing business opportunities. Most of all, listening to clients, understanding their concerns, understanding their risks, and then discussing solutions.
A history of successfully engaging mid-market and enterprise prospects in various vertical markets.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.
Required Skills and Experience:
Basic understanding of the concepts of Cybersecurity and Offensive Cybersecurity.
Willingness to learn and grow.
Exceptional listening, written, and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
Empathetic, enthusiastic, and effective communicator with strong rapport-building skills.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
High degree of flexibility with the ability to work in a small, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to research, initiate, and cultivate business relationships with key executives, contacts, and sponsors within assigned accounts/territory.
Ability to build and execute territory and account plans.
Thorough and detail-oriented, organized, with excellent time management skills.
Ability to quickly learn, understand, and evaluate current and new tools.
Self-starter who can work independently with a proactive attitude.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
General office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require movement about the office for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are not hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed in an office environment, with standard equipment available.
Contractor site with 0-10% travel possible.
Possible off-hours work to support releases and outages.
Occasional movement of small articles up to 10lbs.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
