GENERAL DESCRIPTION
FOCUS
Responsibilities
Mount, arrange, and frame photos and artifacts.
Measure, cut, and assemble custom frames using a variety of molding styles.
Manipulate and print digital images using Adobe Creative Suite.
Communicate with our internal design team and update relevant schedules.
Organize and maintain inventory of frames, photos, and all related materials.
Help with shipping, loading trucks and delivery of local products.
Other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS
Must have the ability/stamina to work 45-50+ hours a week.
Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate, and key in data.
Ability to stand/walk for 9-10 hours per day and sit for 1-2 hours per day.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Must be able to engage in problem-solving to help identify and solve potential issues.
Must be able to communicate through telephone, e-mail and in-person communications.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND BEHAVIORS
Must represent The Potbelly Way.
Must be extremely neat and organized.
Minimum high school degree.
Minimum of 5 years experience in the framing industry OR 5 years combined carpentry and painting experience with a creative background.
Proficient with computers, and must have experience with Excel, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to interact with all levels of a company.
